Only unistalled racks and products may be returned. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and include all parts, instructions, and original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be charged to all returns. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the products cannot be resold as new.
Backcountry Racks will not accept any returns without prior authorization. Please contact us (csatbackcountryracksdotcom) with the problem and we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number for you to include with your return.
Customer will pay for return shipping.
