Return Policy

Only unistalled and unused racks and products may be returned.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and include all parts, instructions, and original packaging.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged to all returns. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the products cannot be resold as new. You will be refunded the amount of the items minus what we paid to ship your order, even if you were not charged shipping.

Backcountry Racks WILL NOT accept any returns without prior authorization. Please contact us (sales at backcountry racks dot com) with the problem and we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number for you to include with your return. This process ensures proper handling and a prompt refund.

Customer will pay for return shipping.
